Delivery and Shipping Conditions
5.1
If the Seller offers shipment of the goods, delivery shall be made within the delivery area specified by the Seller to the delivery address provided by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address stated during the Seller’s order processing shall be decisive. By way of exception, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address stored with PayPal at the time of payment shall be decisive.
5.2
If delivery of the goods fails for reasons attributable to the Customer, the Customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the Seller as a result. This does not apply to the costs of shipping to the Customer if the Customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. For return shipping costs in the event of an effective withdrawal, the provisions set out in the Seller’s withdrawal policy shall apply.
5.3
If the Customer acts as a business, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods shall pass to the Customer as soon as the Seller has handed over the goods to the carrier, freight forwarder, or other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment.
If the Customer acts as a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods shall generally pass only upon delivery of the goods to the Customer or an authorized recipient. By way of exception, the risk shall also pass to the consumer as soon as the Seller has handed over the goods to the carrier, freight forwarder, or other shipping party if the Customer has commissioned that shipping party and the Seller has not previously named that party to the Customer.
5.4
The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper self-supply. This shall apply only if the Seller is not responsible for the non-delivery and has concluded a specific covering transaction with the supplier with due care. The Seller will make all reasonable efforts to procure the goods. In the event of non-availability or only partial availability of the goods, the Customer shall be informed immediately and any consideration paid shall be refunded without delay.
5.5
Collection in person is not possible for logistical reasons.

We ship our products internationally to selected countries. Orders are processed and shipped via our local shipping partners. The standard processing time is generally 5–10 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination:

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g. customs clearance) are beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to track the status of your shipment at any time.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@haven-living.store.
Damaged items:
Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so that we can find a suitable solution.
Lost packages:
If your order has not arrived within 15 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Returns & Complaints
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us in advance at info@haven-living.store to register your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
